A bit about me..

Firstly I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist/food lover/wine lover/all round absolute foodie.

I completed my studies at Deakin University (Bachelors of Nutrition and Food Science and then Masters of Dietetics). From there I found my specialities in weight loss and women’s health. Outside of working with clients one on one, I found a passion for public speaking and my favourite form of work is running health seminars and workshops educating others on the importance of nutrition and food!

I am a big believer in balance and I follow the 80/20 rule pretty strictly myself! Majority of my week I really prioritise good quality/highly nutritious meals. However when it gets to the weekend I take the pressure off and absolutely love eating out and enjoying tasty food with friends and family (and my cavoodle Honey).

When working with clients I constantly hear the same phrase.. ‘I know what I need to be doing, I just dont do it’. Well actually doing it is the part I aim to help with! Through specific diet interventions, meal planning and tailored strategies, my goal is to help clients make practical steps towards finally achieving their health goals!
